Subscriptions and Billing

- Subscription charges may be billed monthly or annually.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

- You may use RuleWise only for lawful business purposes.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform.
- You remain responsible for final compliance decisions made by your organization.
Data and Confidentiality
- You must have the right to upload and process any data submitted to RuleWise.
- We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect customer data.
- You are responsible for configuring access controls and user permissions within your workspace.
Third-Party Services
RuleWise may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for outages or limitations of external platforms.
Intellectual Property
RuleWise and related content, branding, and software are owned by RuleWise and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuleWise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of RuleWise after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
